Wellness coaching website and program structure
Stephanie had the hard part already — twenty years in the industry, a genuine philosophy, and clients who write paragraphs about her rather than sentences. What she didn’t have was a site that made any of it legible to someone finding her for the first time.
The real problem was the offer, not the design. Three services doing three different jobs: one-to-one coaching, group challenges sold to gyms and companies, and hands-off programming for people who want a plan without the check-ins. All three were competing for attention on the same page, which meant a visitor had to work out which one applied to them before they could do anything.
What we built. A site with a clear path per program, so a corporate wellness buyer and an individual client are reading different pages by the second click. The Strata framework — movement, nourishment, recovery, mindset — became the organizing idea rather than a tagline, which gave the practice a structure that holds up as she adds services.
One action, everywhere. The free thirty-minute session is the only meaningful conversion on this site, so it’s the primary button on every page. No competing CTAs, no newsletter popup fighting it. The testimonials — which are unusually specific and unusually long — got room to breathe rather than being cropped into a carousel, because in a field this crowded, a detailed story from a real client is the whole sales pitch.
