02 — Automate

AI workflows & business automation services

The repetitive work your team shouldn’t be doing by hand. We map where the hours actually go, then build automations in Make, n8n, Zapier or HubSpot — with AI where it genuinely saves time, and nowhere it makes your business sound like everyone else’s.

What’s included

What a business automation build includes

Workflow builds

Make, n8n and Zapier scenarios connecting your site, CRM, inbox, calendar, phone system and spreadsheets.

HubSpot development

CRM setup, custom objects, workflows, modules and lifecycle automation built properly instead of duct-taped.

GoHighLevel builds

Sub-accounts, pipelines, snapshots and campaign automation for agencies and multi-location operators.

AI lead handling

Intake that scores intent, summarizes the enquiry, drafts a first reply and flags the urgent ones to a human.

AI chat & intake

Assistants trained on your own content and pricing, so they answer accurately or hand off — never invent.

Triggers & follow-up

Review requests, quote chasers, no-show recovery, reactivation and internal alerts that fire on their own.

How it runs

The sequence.

STAGE 01

Audit the hours

We map every manual step between an enquiry arriving and a job closing. Most businesses find six to ten.

STAGE 02

Pick the wins

Ranked by hours saved versus build cost. Nothing gets automated just because it can be.

STAGE 03

Build & test

Workflows built, connected and run in parallel with your manual process until they are provably right.

STAGE 04

Hand over & monitor

Documentation, an error alert channel, and a monthly check that nothing has silently broken.

What you get

Deliverables.

Who it’s for

A good fit if…

Investment

What it usually costs.

AUTOMATION AUDIT

$2,600

one-off

Process mapping, hours-saved analysis and a prioritized build plan you can keep either way.

WORKFLOW BUILD

$3,500

from

Two to four automations built, tested, documented and handed over in your own accounts.

ONGOING

$1200

per month

Monitoring, fixes, new workflows and AI tuning as the business changes.

The audit fee is credited against a build if you move forward. Ranges are a starting point — you get an exact number after the first call.

Questions

Straight answers.

No. Most of what we build is deterministic automation — triggers, routing, records, notifications. AI is used for the parts that need judgment or language, with a human check where the stakes justify one.

Usually it replaces the worst two hours of their day. Businesses that automate intake tend to respond faster and close more, not employ fewer people.

You get alerting on every build, and we monitor the critical paths. Breakages are usually an API change upstream, and they get fixed same day on a retainer.

No. We build in whatever you already pay for, including GoHighLevel. If you have no CRM yet, we will recommend one that fits your size.

The audit is $2,600 and covers mapping your process and identifying where the hours go. Builds start at $3,500 for two to four workflows. Ongoing monitoring and new builds run monthly. The audit fee comes off the build if you go ahead.

Depends on what you already pay for and how complex the logic gets. Zapier is easiest for simple two-app connections. Make handles branching and error handling far better. n8n is the pick when you need self-hosting or custom code steps. If you’re already in HubSpot or GoHighLevel, we usually build there rather than adding another tool.

It’s the most common thing we build. An enquiry arrives, gets scored and summarized, lands in your CRM with an owner assigned, and triggers a sequence that runs until someone replies. Most businesses see response times drop from hours to minutes.

It helps with judgment and language, reading an enquiry, scoring intent, summarizing a call, drafting a first reply. It doesn’t help with anything that needs to be exactly right every time, like moving records or calculating totals. Those stay deterministic. We keep a human check anywhere the cost of being wrong is high.
